Claim a gift code!

Did you receive a gift code from our newsletter or from our social media pages? Then you can claim it here before it expires to receive a free gift in Zoo Life! Follow our community channels to not miss any!

1. Enter your support-id. You can find it in the game at the top of the settings menu.
2. Enter the gift code. Make sure it's in English and spelled correctly.
3. Start your game with a good internet connection. If it takes longer than 24 hours to arrive, please contact our support by emailing to android-zoolife@sparklingsociety.net or ios-zoolife@sparklingsociety.net
